Shipping Information

Any orders made will be dispatched within 5-7 working days. In certain cases, if the specific product ordered is out of stock, or if the product was placed as a pre-order, then the product/order will be dispatched within 10-14. In these cases, we will personally contact you to keep you updated on your order status.

In certain cases, if a single order is made for multiple products, the order may be divided into multiple shipments. This is dependent on the availability of any product or other reasons relating to weight restrictions in parcels, or issues with the courier/postal company. In this case, the debit/credit card holder may receive multiple shipment/postings charges on their monthly statement in the case of multiple shipments needed.

Can I change the shipping address once my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been confirmed, if you want to change the shipping address, please contact One and Four Studio clicking here. Although we will do our best, we cannot guarantee that such requests can be taken into account. In the cases of a changed delivery address after confirmation of an order, there will be additional charges/postage incurred in order to dispatch to the new delivery address.
